A few years ago, an elderly woman had left our parish with a heavy heart and moved in with her daughter due to her age. I kept asking myself whether she was still alive. All those whom I also asked had no further information. This Sunday, when the Gospel of the day was about loving God and our neighbour, I had followed an impulse and posted a video ‘There is only ONE love!’ that I had made a few months ago in some WhatsApp groups. When I looked at my mobile phone, I was able to read from this old lady: ‘I try to follow and live this ONE love and feel strengthened by it. Try it too! It makes you strong!’
