A WhatsApp message reached me. A woman for whom I had prayed a lot in a difficult life situation let me feel her deep gratitude. She sent me the link to an online Advent calendar and wrote: "I would like to thank you for your commitment and dedication." I looked at the calendar and read: "Try to learn something new and keep it up until Christmas. For example, write down 5 things every day that you are grateful for!" As I bagged many letters, I thought about this impulse and felt my heart filled with deep gratitude. So I am going to collect five gratitude pearls every evening these days.
