A young woman who had come to Germany years ago as a refugee was in great difficulties. I had been able to help her a lot at the beginning of her time in our country and knew about her deep trust and her desire to share. So we arranged a time when we could see each other. When she came, she brought her two small children with her, as her husband had unexpectedly been unable to look after them. I had no idea how we could talk and keep the two little ones occupied at the same time, as they still needed a lot of attention. I had an impulse: just try to love in every moment! Then a solution will emerge. The children kept interrupting our conversation. But then they both became very tired. First the older one fell asleep on the couch and a short time later the little one fell asleep on his mum's lap. So suddenly there was time and space to talk. I had to smile: God's imagination simply can't be beaten!
