See you again soon!

We saw a continuous stream of new faces at our navi4life audio trail during the recent Libori Days. Some approached our stand with resolution and courage, whilst other young people stood shyly at a distance. My attention was drawn to a mother of Asian appearance and her two daughters. I spoke to her cautiously. The two girls were very interested in the trail and were keen to walk through it wearing headphones. Whilst they were doing so, I noticed that the mother was feeling increasingly unwell due to the high temperatures. I offered her our armchair and accompanied her into the refreshing shade. The two girls were delighted that they weren’t alone in this difficult situation. A refreshing cold drink was quickly fetched. Once the woman had regained her strength, she bought the logbook ‘My Life – crooked and shining’ for her two daughters. The girls were absolutely delighted with this gift. As they were saying goodbye, I sensed the younger one taking all her courage and asking me if I’d be willing to come to their middle school and present navi4life? When I said yes, I saw a deep happiness in the girl’s eyes: “How lovely, then we’ll see each other again soon – I’ll definitely get in touch!”
