God's work

It had started to rain. We had invited two mothers with their wet children into the parish office to offer them shelter from the rain. One of them looked at me with wide eyes and said: "You're a pastor, aren't you?" I smiled and replied: "Yes, of course, and such a one!" - Laughing, she replied: "I know her. We've met before and somehow that was really precious. It's all coming back to my heart right now and I can feel how moved I am! And grateful! I have the desire to come to church again..." Then I showed her and her friend our Tiny House in the garden and told them about the navi4life project, which helps young people into life. "It's great that you're doing something like this! We need that so much! Somehow that's still my topic!" Then we said goodbye. When I saw the two young mums an hour later in a children's playground, I brought them another chocolate and Logbook 1: My life - windswept and shiny. She looked at me full of joy and let me know: "I'll see you again soon, I'm coming to the open day at the Tiny House."
